Is Invisalign right for me?

Your White Hill Dental provider lets you know if Invisalign is a good match after examining your teeth and gums. You might first need an extraction or other dental procedures before undergoing orthodontics treatment with Invisalign or braces.

What should I expect during my treatment?

Your White Hill Dental provider digitally scans your teeth to create your personalized Invisalign aligners. When the aligners are ready, you wear them 20-22 hours every day to slowly shift your teeth. Take the aligners out of your mouth to brush your teeth, floss, and eat. Every week or two, or as directed by your dentist, switch to another set of aligners in your Invisalign series.

Care for your new aligners by brushing them with a toothbrush and toothpaste or using an Invisalign cleaning system. Rinse the aligners in warm water but don’t use hot water, as doing so can ruin the plastic.

How long does Invisalign treatment last?
